I am trying to upload the bootloader using USBTINy isp.
Please let me what might causing error to do that.

I use a USBtiny programmer with not problems.
So what errors are you getting?
Things to check:
Is proper USB driver installed for the USBtiny programmer?
Are you selecting the proper programmer type in the tools menu of the IDE?
Are you selecting the proper board type in the tools menu of the IDE?
