I found a Integrated processors : TDA8362 Integrated PAL and PAL/NTSC TV processors.
Is it possible to use it to be able to connect and use my arduino with my TV??

However I gusee the answer is no bu we need to see the data sheet first. It does not seem to be Avaliable directly when you google it.
OK found it now.
The chip is used to make a TV set from a tuner so there is nothing you can do with it using an Arduino.
