Replace Pot with Arduino PWM

Hi Guys,

I have a motor controller which controls a motor through a potentiometer (resistive throttle). I want to remove the pot and use arduino's PWM to send the required signal to the motor controller.

The motor controller is as follows:

Page 6 shows pins and page 8 shows the connections to the Pot.

Can anyone please guide me how to perform this?

Thank you for your reply, KE7GKP.

Wouldn't something like what the following website says work:

Like feeding the PWM signal to the (R3 + NPN circuit) and connecting this circuit to PINS 15 & 16 of the motor controller?
