i just got my new 2560, and it seems that i cant get my windows to detect it.
i have windows xp SP3 32bit, was working with the arduino duemilanove, and everything was fine, when i got my mega, i cant install its driver, even that i downloaded the lastest arduino software, arduino021, and specified the driver direcory to windows, and it still cant install it.
specifically in this reply:
"I had the same problem. My solution was, that I had chosen wrong folder. I took folder Arduino-0021 -> Drivers -> FTDI USB Drivers. And it didn't work... But when I chose folder Arduino-0021 -> Drivers, the installation succeed.
