Just a quick poll, would anyone be interested in an open source ODB II tool based off Arduino?
I'm currently working on this project just out of personal interest, however if there's enough people interested in the idea I was considering producing the device either as a kit or a fully assembled device.
If I were to release the device it would support ELM327 At commands out of the box but also have i/of pins broken out to allow the user to reprogram it to perform any function they desire. For example a shit light or boost gauge could be easily implemented using these pins.
Please, if has anyone anything feedback or questions please post them
