You are quite welcome to the Arduino code which will scroll a message across a 24 x 11 matrix using movie mode...
...BUT...
a) it is not well commented.
b) it is split into 4 files
c) I have no time to explain how it works
d) I am in the process of changing it on a daily basis.If you want it on the basis that you are entirely on your own with it and will get very little help from me then I will email it to you.
