Prototino ATMega328 Kit + Ethernet

What is the best way to use a Prototino ATMega328 Kit and ethernet? Are there any kits other than the ethernet shield that allows you to directly solder it to the Prototino?

What is a Prototino ATMega328 Kit? Got a link?

Are there any kits other than the ethernet shield that allows you to directly solder it to the Prototino?

The great thing about shields is that they do not need to be soldered on.

Prototino is this: http://www.makershed.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=MKSKL4

The point of it is to not use your standard Arduino and allow you to solder your project together permanently. Using this would not allow you to easily use any shield.

Most shields only work on arduino UNO or compatible boards anyway. Is there any function in your project you will need a shield to accomplish?

I have a simple project that I may want to make it more permanent in the future. Currently it is build on a Uno with an ethernet shield on it. I was thinking about using the Prototino to make it permanent but have not found a simple way to integrate ethernet to it as the shield is made to be used with the long pin headers for an Uno or other similar board.

What about:

phi-connect, Aussie, and quick shields could all be used to connect to arduino or a shield and then wire to the Prototino.
