I need a Monitor for my PC.I already see a lot of monitor for my PC.Whether it's(monitor) LED,LCD or 3D it doesn't matter for me.I need a monitor which support me for a long term.
How are we supposed to know which monitor would be best for you? And what does this have to do with Arduino?
One of my monitors at work is the 24 inch version of the Samsung.
It is rubbish - poor viewing angle and poor colour reproduction.

I have Samsung Syncmaster B2240EW, very nice.
I have a SyncMaster 213T that I bought (used) from Ebay. It has 4:3 which I prefer a lot over the wide screen monitors you get nowadays. I like it to have more vertical space.
There is no such thing as the perfect monitor, and what is right for me might not be right for you. FWIW, I had a much tighter budget than you, and I bought a ASUS VS229H-P Black 21.5" from newegg.com. Besides cost, the main feature was it is an IPS monitor, which means the color rendition is better (I do a lot of amateur photography). It also has a HDMI port in addition to D-sub and DVI, so that I can plug my Rasberry Pi in at times or use it as a TV set hooked up to my DISH sat. system without a converter cable. I tend to think for me, monitors over 22" are too big, unless you sit further away from the computer than I do.
I should mention there is one thing I dislike about the ASUS monitor, and that is the stand is on the wobbly side. At some point, I will clamp it down to my monitor stand.
If you can't tell which monitor to get from the specifications and reviews, then the only thing to do is find a large electronics or computer store that carries the monitors you want to use, and look at them in person. Then buy the monitor from the store and salesperson that gave you the extra value of looking at in person, even if you could find the monitor cheaper elsewhere. If the store's markup is too high, then don't even go into the store to check out the monitor, just order online.
Asus, Acer, and Dell make nice monitors. The cheaper one you linked to has an odd resolution, watch out for that.

I don't know which monitor you were talking about having an odd resolution, since none of the posts had links. FWIW, if you were referring to my post, roughly 1/2 of the monitors at newegg.com have the 1920x1080 resolution that my ASUS monitor has, so right now it is not a odd resolution.
I do wish manufacturers would go back to 4:3 monitors instead of 19:10, since some of us want to program, and not just watch movies.

Just turn your 16:9 or 16:10 through 90° - perfect for viewing those long functions.

Well it depends on having a monitor stand that does rotation (mine doesn't), and an X server that does the rotation at speed (I suspect my ancient Intel graphics driver is rather slow at the translation). I really want a monitor that is more square-ish and for 30-some years, I've used 4:3 monitors and feel comfortable with the aspect ratio.
