basic tutorial how to communicatie between Arduino and Puredata with serial port

http://nf-interactive.blogspot.com

Good tutorial. Could you have a little section to introduce what PureData is?

BTW, IMHO this board is not best place for tutorials, maybe this one is better (http://arduino.cc/forum/index.php/board,12.0.html)

You might be able to post on play ground

Anonymous commenting is enabled on the blog  i would very much care about your reactions. thanks!

So I still don't know what PureData is and what it does. You have a few tutorials on how to do things with PureData but to a total beginner, he/she would like to know what PureData can do before investing time on tutorials. Just my suggestion.

True but there's dozens of beginner tutorials online. i'm focussing more on the interactive ( interaction with other hardware and software part ).

^That way im just Writing Values from my USB port right?
Is it possble that way to read several Pins from my seperately?
cheers^ ???

I agree with lidur. As I have no idea what "pure data" is, I have no interest in exploring what it can do. The name alone gives me the impression that it is some monolythic, corporate database company.

from https://puredata.info/:

What Is Pure Data?
Pure Data (aka Pd) is an open source visual programming language that can run on anything from personal computers and Raspberry Pis to smartphones (via libpd, pddroidparty, and Rjdj). Pd enables musicians, visual artists, performers, researchers, and developers to create software graphically without writing lines of code. Pd is used to process and generate sound, video, 2D/3D graphics, and interface sensors, input devices, and MIDI. Pd can easily work over local and remote networks to integrate wearable technology, motor systems, lighting rigs, and other equipment. Pd is suitable for learning basic multimedia processing and visual programming methods as well as for realizing complex systems for large-scale projects.
