I'm starting to program AVR with C in the AVR Studio. Can I use the ArduinoISP as a burner to atmega1284 just connecting Vcc, GND, MISO, MOSI, SCK and RESET pins as said in the ArduinoISP sketch comments? Or should I buy a burner? Thanks in advance.

You can get programmer for about $20, I'd get one anyway as a backup.
