Suggestion about e-paper manufacturer

Hello,

Could anyone suggest a compatible e-paper manufacturer as well as where to acquire it from, please? The only one I found out is Eink.

Thanks in advance,

Andre Luiz

Not sure, what you are looking for, but so far you can only buy this in small quantities:

One more announcement is here (in German):

I do not know any Arduino lib, supporting one of these displays.

Ummm, on the embedded artists page there is a zip file (epaper_arduino_130412.zip) that claims to have Arduino demo code for the display.

Hi,

This EA 2.7" module is great -- but the original library (on the page is a little out of date against the origin code on repaper.org's github page). It was also of limited usefulness by the SRAM in the Arduino Uno (a full panel buffer is 5808 bytes vs the 1kB total in the Uno).

I forked the repaper code (GitHub - brodykenrick/gratis: EPD Source codes and Documentation) with an update of that code to make it work with EA modules and also made a change to allow it to dynamically create content on the Arduino Uno (using a smaller buffer size that is looped over).

See here for videos: Retro Runner Readout: e-Paper!!! You can't get much more retro than paper.

Cheers,
Brody
