well, i mean, it's stripped bass season here, oct 4-dec31.. not sure if they are still in maryland though, they move out to head south... i usually just use white squid..

I'm guessing that maintenance/registration/insurance for that could be as low as $1000/yr?
If you live on an inlet you might even have your own dock.
