I downloaded arduino IDE 1.0.3 or something for my Ubuntu 13.04 and its doing okay. Its been almost two or three weeks. No problem at all. However, whenever, I tried to install it in my windows, the exe file get downloaded however, it does not start. It kept saying "error ..... " (without any error code). I take a workshop on arduino and those who tried it on windows faced the same problem. We all tried it more than once by downloading it again.
Sometimes, the IDE gets started but it kept staying "not responding" mode in every 10 seconds.
Please give me a solution
