I see multiple copies of the toolbar and tab lines at the top of the ide window and the status line at the bottom. I'm running IDE version 017 on vista with java 1.6.0_15. Do other people still have this issue?

017 visual elements duplicated(tabs,menus,status)

only happens at IDE 017. I just can't believe it's been outstanding for months.
