Can you please tell me where I can find the eagle library file for the atmega328p?
There are a few libraries around for the arduino for use in eagle.
Have a look at what sparkfun and lady ada offer.
But to get you going use this:

The 168 has the same pin outs just change the label value to 328
The lady ada library has a lot of common parts used in the arduino environment.
