Suggest to a neon sign company.

Hi there,

Does anybody recommend a company that would make a decent size plug-in neon sign? I am thinking of a black and red sign with black bubbles that would be 24" x 24" inches. Would it even be worth spending the money. The ones that I see on Ebay are not to my taste. Any suggestion would be highly appreciated?
