TB6600 Stepper Motor Driver & Arduino

I AM NOT ABLE TO USE TB660 MODES LIKE SPECIFIED ON MOTOR DRIVERS.LIKE IT'S MENTIONED ON DRIVER
THAT IF I AM USING ONE MICRO STEPPING THAN IT REQUIRES 200 PULSES TO COMPLETE ONE REVOLUTION BUT IT'S NOT HAPPENING.HOW CAN I INCREASE ITS SPEED?
