Is it possible to program lp1768 with Arduino IDE?
Because both Arduino DUE and LP1768 have same Chip. (Cortex M3)
if yes , how?

No this is not an Arduino. And it is not the same chip as on the Due. They only share the same processor architecture licensed from the chip designer company ARM, but both chips are produced by different companies.
