The project involved CAN 2.0B on automotive product.
The goal is to install a device into a CAN bus circuit and filtering out some message from a diagnostic tool to the vehicle network , generate the same message or generate a custom message back.
I have all the info and spec. regarding message (node iD, value ,etc.) no debug on the message is required .
You have to code a device that will generate message from a list, that could be replace by downloading from a pc to the device by usb or other. A LCD display some menu to pick the good set of message.
I'm knowledgeable on CAN 2.0B spec but nothing on coding / programming any software hardware.
