Hi everyone!

Is there any way that I could install music on an SD card and have the Arduino read it as an MP3 player? Thanks!

No, the arduino is not fast enough to decode MP3 in real time. It has not enough memory either.

MP3 needs a decoder chip, arduino is not fast enough, see this thread for a (cheap) alternative
