what are those pins on the usb type b schematic

i know that the first pin is the VCC
and the second and third are D- and D+
and the forth is GND
but what are those P$1 and P$2 connections and what shuld i do with them?

They are "mechanical pins", to strengthen things up and avoid ripping the connector off the board.

I would say ground them, but they seem to have made a more sophisticated connection here ; maybe to increase noise immunity... Try to find other examples online.

Those are the two "studs" that protrude from the bottom of the connector and are soldered to the board. Electrically, they connect to the OUTER SHELL of the USB connector and physically they strengthen the actual connector mounting on the board (if they were not present, it would be easy to rip the connector off the board).
