linking with libarm_cortexM3l_math.a ?

Try to give a look at the platforms.txt file (in the same folder where boards.txt is) you should change the line:

and add your library just after

... "{build.variant.path}/{build.variant_system_lib}" "{build.variant.path}/**YOURLIBHERE**.a" ...

something like this should do fine:
