Hello everyone, I'm new to Arduino.
I'd like to know if it's possible to send real time GPS data from my Arduino to a mobile device (no matter the O.S.), without using GSM/SIM module and nor Bluetooth connection.

For example, like a spying GPS Tracker for cars.

There is always WiFi as long as the car is never out of range of the WiFi router! Good for tracking a car as it drives around your house.

Or if you are on a campus covered by multiple WiFi routers, it might be useful.
