because of the way websvn works, the links on the Bootloader page (Arduino Starter Kit kaufen [verschiedene Ausführungen]) are pretty useless if you just want the .hex or Makefile. you cant actually download the files, you have to do an SVN checkout which is somewhat non-trivial for most people.
I'd suggest linking directly to the files so they can be downloaded without having to download the entire arduino install. Id do it myself but I dont think there's any way to do that without admin privs on the berlios repository...
