have someone programmed CMUcam4 Using Arduino ?

Do you mean using the Arduino IDE? If you do, then I can't see how. The CMUCam4 has a Parallax Propeller processor.

but it`s shield compatible with arduino (duemilanove & UNO).

That means it can use shields designed for the Arduino. You would still use Parallax's programming environment.
