I have published an example that has 4 independent windows. 2 displaying scrolling graphs. 2 showing realtime line graph / bar graph.
You want to do something simpler.
Please draw a sketch of what the screen should look like e.g. with pencil and paper.
Please say which controller you have. AFIK, all the 3.5 inch displays can do Vertical Band Scroll.
In Landscape, this means you can scroll "sideways".
