That's bad.
My experience is much better. I've ordered from them maybe 12-15 times. I've only ever had one problem - my credit card expiration date passed and there was confusion over that. It held up an order for a week.
Other than that, smooth, very smooth, but not fast.
Part quality, so far, has been excellent. Order fulfillment quality has been excellent; I've never had a missing item.
