Someone here who know's this display? Need dimensions!

Hi!

I want to buy this display:
http://www.ebay.de/itm/230766694526?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2648

But there aren't any dimensions (width, height) of
-module
-visible display

Is someone here, who know's this display or has it?
I couldn't find any informations - only that it is 1.8" large...

Thanks!

Greetings

assuming it has standard connectors 0.1" apart you can measure it from the image.

9 holes (8 * 0.1 = 0.8") measures 6 cm on my screen, the image is 15x15 cm so the display is 2.5 x 0.8 = 2.0" on either side

distance between the holes = 13.5 cm ==> 1.8" if my math is not failing ...

does that make sense?

13.5 cm ==> 1.8" if my math is not failing

Given that the inch is defined as 2.54mm (a huge improvement over the original length of three barleycorns), I think your arithmetic is failing, quite badly.

That's just as I have also tried

I mean the distance between the drilling holes is on the image (on my laptop) 13.5 cm which equals 1.8 inch on the real board
all based upon the assumption that the distance between the connector holes is 0.1"

Can't you contact the manufacturer, it's website is on the PCB

I made it. But unfortunately, I have received the reply until today.

So the dimensions are:
Board size: 2.0" x 1.8" (=50,8mm x 45,7mm)
Visible LCD Area: 1.38" x 1.1" (=35mm x 28mm)

-> I bought one :slight_smile:

Actually, I just measured a barleycorn, and it was 8.467mm, so I think you missed your decimal point by one.lol
