My gut feeling is that there is rather a long wires, 220 V xtalk, cats in the basement issue then a SW issue.
Have you looked at Guidelines for Reliable Long Line 1-Wire® Networks?
I have a 5V supply for each sensor
As in, if you have 5 sensors, each one has its own 5V supply?
