Hi guys! I recently bought an Anet A8 3d Printer and I'm having problems connecting it to my pc. The printer came with Cura software and I also downloaded the Matterscontrol. The arduino drivers are CH340G. I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate and the pc doesn't recognize the printer. I read this morning some guy had the same problem and he even bought three new motherboards until he realized the USB cable was too long. So I bought a shorter one (3,5 feet); didn't work either. When I plug the printer the PC produces the typical beep but that's it, no recognition/communication!
Any ideas? Even shorter cable? Updated drivers? Thanks in advance!
