bluetooth shield over arduino nano expansion slot

Hi All,

Is there any seamless way of integrating bluetooth shield with arduino nano. I have considered using arduino nano expansion shield but can't figure out any slot where the bluetooth shield would plugin.

I don't want to use breadboards and jumper wires to make connections between the two and hence would appreciate if anyone can give pointers as to how this can be achieved in a clean manner.

Thanks,
Shishir

Which bluetooth shield?

Which expansion shield?

Hi Paul,

Well I guess it does not qualify as the bluetooth shield but this is what I was planning to buy -

The nano expansion slot again (which I hope to buy) is this -

Can you please advice if this is a wrong combination and what would instead serve the purpose for me. My requirement is to connect the Arduino Nano wirelessley via Bluetooth without the hassles of jumpers and wires and solders.

Thanks,
Shishir

I am also curious about this topic since I am trying to develop a device that has a Bluetooth transmitter or a shield that has Bluetooth capabilities for a Nano v3. Problem is that my device is being confined to a 2"x2"x.5" dimension restraint. Please let me know if you do purchase the device and how it works.

Did you guys look at www.gravitech.us? They have a bunch of nano shields & options.

They do have a collection of different shields, but none of them really fit what I was looking for. The module that shishir listed is closer to what I need, but I would like to have a shield or adapter that would be able to take care of the sensors that I am going to use. If you have another website that would have something like this would be great. Another problem is that I am looking for a version 3 or 4 Bluetooth. Version 2 would be to battery consuming for my design.
