Topic: Daytona Beach area club interests? (Read 5830 times) previous topic - next topic

I've discovered way-old posts in the read-only forum for the central florida area, but nothing seems to have come of it. I'm in Daytona Beach and would like to see something happen in my area, even if it's necessary for me to be the founder or spear-head of the operation. I'm still in the tutorial stage, but I don't see that as a problem. Enough new people to arduino can still learn from other new people, right?

I hope this post can get some activity!

It's pretty sad to think that it's been almost two years for this first post and there was nothing in response. This area is a desert for maker activity, even something as exciting as the Arduino. Oh well.

I wouldn't mind being in Daytona Beach, be a nice warmup after the winter we had.
Designing & building electrical circuits for over 25 years.  Screw Shield for Mega/Due/Uno,  Bobuino with ATMega1284P, & other '328P & '1284P creations & offerings at  my website.

I live in Mims, Fl. and use an Arduino Uno to control a stepper motor.

I'm near daytona, still rather new at all this.

if you think daytona is a desert. you should try miami. for this reason i'm trying to relocate back to los angeles where i am originally from.

I'm in daytona. Looking for community :)

I am in Pompano Beach and just getting started myself.

I'll be in Ft. Lauderdale for the winter

Six years later, any one in Daytona area, to get together?

I'm still learning but I would love to meet more people that like this sort of stuff.
