Charge circuit and UPS for Arduino Uno and Arduino Ethernet

Hey guys
Anyone have any recommendations for a charging circuit with UPS for a 2 Cell LiPo pack connected to an Arduino Ethernet?

I need one that will act as a UPS at the same time, kinda like the one in the Fio, as I cannot have my arduino reset

the other thing i am looking to use a large 2 cell LiPo pack as well

I am using a microchip MCP73213. See data sheet at http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/22190b.pdf. It the suggested circuit diagram in it.

It is a very simple circuit and I hook it up to a set of these: http://www.dealextreme.com/p/trustfire-protected-18650-lithium-battery-2500mah-2-pack-blue-5790.

Which sit in this holder: http://parts.digikey.com/1/parts/1937866-holder-batt-li-ion-2cell-4pc-pin-bk-18650-pc4.html

hey guys sorry,
not the packs themselves but the charge circuit. would be the cheapest method be to use a system on chip design (recommendations?) or a circuit?

What about this http://www.seeedstudio.com/depot/lipo-rider-p-710.html?cPath=155 ? Not sure if it got enough current though...

That isn't really what I am looking for,
I was looking for more of a circuit I could integrate or build myself in order to keep costs as low as possible

See data sheet at http://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/22190b.pdf. It the suggested circuit diagram in it.

Look at page 2 of this datasheet for an example circuit. Its very simple. At $1.94 plus two capacitors and one resistor I don't think you can complain about the cost. You won't find much cheaper elsewhere. (Sheeeesh!! You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink!)

Lemming that is PERFECT!
thankyou!
