got a quick question. Does anyone know how to fake an USB Memory stick connecting to a PC as USB maus or keyboard using Teensy 2 board?

Do you mean how you make a Teensy 2 board look like a memory stick for a PC?
It won't be much of a memory stick because there is not much memory on it.
You need to look at the USB host shield:-
