Problem usb host shield 2.0 and android

Hello.Today receive a usb host shield 2.0 Arduino USB Host Shield 2.0 ADK Shield
Install the library Usb host shield 2 and load the ArduinoBlinkLED.pde and the apk to my android cell phone (SE Xperia mini with android 4.0.4) but the arduino blink led no work.I test and another pin 3 no work.The pin 9 is always on.Any help?advice?Thanks.

Ok.Work.
1.Upload sketch without shield.
2.Reset
3.External power 9V.
4.Reset.
5.Pin 3 Led on/off
6.Phone message toast check OK.
