I know that the Lilypad arduinos are supposed to be washing machine safe, but has anyone tried washing them? If so, how did you do it and how many times did it make it through the wash?

Wash at your own risk - we do ;). We recommend washing projects by hand with a mild detergent. Drip dry. Make sure you remove your power supply first!
