I think you are getting confused between LED and LCD...
This sounds like an advanced and complex project. If you are still at the stage of getting LED/LCD confused, I think you will struggle.
I suspect your question would be better placed in the "Displays" or "Project Guidance" forum sections. You can click "Report to Moderator" and ask for it to be moved.
