I noticed this (sub) forum. There seems to posts about many subjects. What is this forum for?

Sorry about my silly question, but I got curious when I saw a new forum. There is an explanation somewhere but I still dont understand. What do you mean by "Arduino's conglomerate". The downloadable IDE?
