If you look at the post you'll see it says "Guest" under the user name. The two I found with a quick browse are from 2012. My guess is that at that time it was possible to post to the forum without creating an account. The teal color indicates that the name is clickable but the guest users don't have a profile page so their names are not clickable.

Also noticed that quite a bit on some of the really old posts.

Maybe the OP name was cleared out during the SSO changeover ?
That also caused some people to keep email names as user names and also killed off capital letters on some user names.

EDIT yup and what Pert says too !
It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.

That's likely. Most of those users are users who didn't logged in for years, and were deleted for good after the SSO migration.
