Hello, people. I need a help. I have already an account for Arduino forum with my old account Nick2012Future, but I am unable to change the password when it requested and I forgot my own. Please help, I do really want to proceed with my old account.
Thank you very much.

Some very old accounts were "wiped" during the SSO overhaul.

Not even sure if mods can resuscitate them.

Any idea of roughly when it was created and last used ?
Anything else you can offer for info ?

If its sort of recent they may be able to fix it.

It may not be the answer you were looking for but its the one I am giving based on either experience, educated guess, google or the fact that you gave nothing to go with in the first place so I used my wonky crystal ball.

The thing is, if I want to put my old Username to create a new account, it says that my account is already exist. but for some reason I am not able to clic on reset password, it's not <clicable>.
Last time I was log in around 2016/01/20.

Maybe this can solve the problem.

I was.  Which is why I posted that message to check your email.

Did the forum software send you an email or not?

I just went through the process multiple times using multiple accounts.  With the exception of the last redirect the process worked flawlessly.

I just sent you a personal message asking to confirm the email address.
