ADE7753 with ACS7XX

I am designing a smart outlet and somewhere I read this might be possible but I can't gather from the datasheet if it is. Can someone help and see if it is?

I would like to use a SMD part inside of a giant CT sensor. I am working on the PCB design now.

Also want to ask if the opto isolator is needed on the CF pin? I have seen schematic examples with and without.
