I was digging around through my schools supply of Arduino and came across the item you see in the pictures below. I've googling it for a while now to no avail. It has pins for 5v, ground, and 9v as well as four ports that are labeled "motors". I'm just trying to figure out what it is so I know how to use it. Thank you for the help in advance.
