Anyway, in binary you can add as many leading zeros as you want without, changing the number, just like in decimal, i.e.:
- Decimal: 123456789 == 0123456789 == 00123456789 == 000123456789 ...
- Binary: 1010 == 01010 == 001010 == 0001010 ...
You should get the idea :).
