Maks, what is the purpose of the 8 grounded holes next to the IC?
I would think you'd want those connected instead to the IC pins 1-8, and provide an additional hole connected to GND. Then you could select which pin gets pulled low. See page 6 of the data sheet.
Or a couple of holes for GND if you needed more than 9 address selections (all open, any 1 of 8 Low).
You also have room to make R3 the same package type as R1 instead of standing it up on end.
Right-click, Package, select 0204/7.
Same with R2, move Q2 up the board a little to make a touc more room.
I'd move D1, D2 up the board also, their bodies overlap the relay.
Are you going to want to connect an antenna wire? With these RF devices, that would be a simple piece of 17cm wire. I have just used a piece of 30 guage wirewrap wire in the past.
Add a hole for connected to the antenna pin on the RF device. Give yourself the option for it later on.
