so yeah i will use that function but my botton battery is a 3V one, because of my battery holder, only supports CR2032 batteries. Is that a problem?
It is a problem if you are wanting to measure a voltage that is higher than the voltage supplying your microcontroller. However, normally most circuits do not want / need to do this, they just use a voltage derived from the microcontroller's power supply.
