My plan for this project is to teach electronics and programming using an inexpensive, expandable platform. You can start with electronics when building the hardware, then move into programming once the basic build is done. After that, you can add things like sonar, switches, LEDs and other input/output devices that would make for good, future learning components. I'll try to post updates to this project here. I used a clone in the project, but I do stress the importance of supporting Arduino.
