"Read-only file system" on /mnt/sda1 after factory reset

Hi Folks,

This is the first I've run into this issue as I've factory reset the Yun about 4 times now.

root@330ci:/mnt/sda1/arduino/www/logs# mkdir test
mkdir: can't create directory 'test': Read-only file system

and plenty of space, with nothing consuming CPU in top:

root@330ci:/mnt/sda1/arduino/downloads# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs 6.9M 1.8M 5.1M 26% /
/dev/root 7.5M 7.5M 0 100% /rom
tmpfs 29.8M 436.0K 29.4M 1% /tmp
tmpfs 512.0K 0 512.0K 0% /dev
/dev/mtdblock3 6.9M 1.8M 5.1M 26% /overlay
overlayfs:/overlay 6.9M 1.8M 5.1M 26% /
/dev/sda1 29.8G 787.2M 29.0G 3% /mnt/sda1

Well, not sure what caused this but a reboot fixed it.

Hi! This just happened to me aswell, new factory reset or just a reboot doesn't help. Any suggestions?
It used to be write also, as I have created a folder there, but cannot do anything anymore.
