Pour ma part j'ai développer une application android, utilisant une communication bluetooth (cf: mon projet fini gestion lumiere aquarium)..
Sinon question emulation graphique, si tu parle d'un emulateur android sur pc (oui je connais que pc .. enfin win) ... le sdk d'android intégre un emulateur.
sinon si c'est pour la programmation endroid et avoir un drag and drop.. sur le logiciel eclipse tu en a (programmation en java/android), sinon il me semble qu'il y en a un logiciel qui permet de codé en C# et qui converti apres en android.
