I want to hack my IVR system for enabling it according to my purpose. I have tried it with a local engineer but to no relief. Please provide any relevant suggestion if someone has prior experience with this.

so I had to google what a IVR system is, and I suppose we are to guess what exact system you have and magically tell you how to "hack it"?
