Help me with my project

Hi everyone. I'm working on my project for the school, and i need to solder some wires to the arduino pins, because when i put the wire directly at the pin, it stays loose and if i touch it with my fingers, the wire stays loose from the pin, making a bad contact. How can i solder them to don't happen that?
I've tryed removing the terminal strip to solder them directly, but i stayed with some doubts and did nothing. Then i came here to ask that.
Thanks for now.

You want to use a strip of 0.1 inch pin header. Solder to that.
As it is a strip it holds in tight.

I'm so sorry, but i didn't understand. Can you explain me in other words? I'm brazilian

Put the words
Pin header
Into google images and see what they are.

Oh yes... i put at the arduino terminals and solder directly them?
PS: I'm sorry with my english, i'm doing class but i know only the basic
Thank you
